1. AIM. The aim of these general terms is to govern the use of the company website of

The user will abstain from using the company website or the services provided through the website in any way that violates the intellectual or industrial property rights of Asber Professional. or third parties, or which violates the honour, personal or family intimacy or the image of third parties, or in a way that is illicit or immoral. In any case, they will hold Asber Professional. harmless of any legal or extrajudicial claim presented against them as a result of improper use of the website. The user will abstain from destroying, altering, or damaging the data, programs or electronic documents of Asber Professional., suppliers or third parties, by any means, or introduce or spread programs, viruses, applets, or any other physical or electronic devices in the network that might cause any kind of change in the network, system, or equipment of third parties. It is expressly forbidden to delete or modify the emails of other users, send mass email messages for commercial or advertising purposes, as well as carrying out any other kind of activity or practice that violates the principles of generally accepted good conduct between Internet users.
6. RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCESSING OR INTRODUCING CONTENT ON THE INTERNET. The user expressly agrees to hold Asber Professional. harmless of any liability related to the quality, accuracy, reliability, correctness or morality of the data, programs, information or opinions, regardless of their origin, which may be spread on the internet or the networks the user accesses through the company website, as well as, if applicable, the nature of the information that the users publishes online through the network of Asber Professional. The user is exclusively responsible for the consequences, damages or actions that may result from accessing the content and information as well as copying them or sharing them. Asber Professional. is not liable for violations by one user that affect the rights of another user, Asber Professional. or third parties, including copyright, trademarks, patents, confidential information and any other intellectual or industrial property right. Asber Professional. may restrict access to the company website for users who do not comply with the terms of use laid out in this document.
7. DISTINCTIVE SIGNS. All distinctive signs, such as trademarks, brand names, etc. that appear on the company website are protected by current trademark legislation, and therefore users may not reproduce, communicate or use said trademarks, unless they receive express written authorisation from the owner.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION. For the purposes set out in the personal data protection regulation, Asber Professional. informs the user of the existence of a personal data file for users who enter their data on the company website. This file has been created by Asber Professional. for the purposes of information, training and advertising. In addition, Asber Professional. informs you that you can exercise your right to access, amend, delete and oppose the processing of the personal data in said file by writing to

Asber Professional undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the personal data and to fulfil its duty to store the data securely; and it will take necessary measures to avoid the alteration, loss or unauthorised processing of or access to said data, considering the current state of the art.
9. DATA COMMUNICATION. The user expressly agrees to transfer the data found in the automatically-generated file to Asber Professional. and the distributor or agent channels who collaborate with Asber Professional, if applicable. This consent, which may be withdrawn, is aimed at allowing for the communication, management and advertising of the services provided by Asber Professional. Furthermore, the user provides their consent for communication with operators whose participation is necessary to provide the service. Any other use of the personal data will require express consent from the user in advance.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. Any dispute which may arise in relation to the use of the company website or the application of these general terms or their interpretation will be resolved under Spanish law, by the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Poland, which the parties agree to submit to, waiving any other jurisdiction they may be under.
